Currently, MCP has been contacted to supply and install marble and granite on two of
our most prominent projects, The Palace at Weston and Bonaventure Resort and Spa.

My personal working relationship with MCP has been mostly limited to the latter
project.

The Bonaventure Resort and Spa consists of the conversion of an existing 550 room
hotel to a 252 unit hotel/condo. While most of the installation and workmanship was
impressive and certainly of top quality, there were moments that often occur on every
construction project where MCP's installation crews or its supervision became less
than acceptable. It is at those moments where John Franco earned my respect the most.
Mr. Franco immersed himself personally in the project and has since remained the sole
point of contact with our project team. While the performance and production of his
crew immediately improved and the level of quality remains top shelf, Mr. Franco
continues to contact me on a regular basis to insure that we are satisfied with MCP's
product.

Many subcontractors can perform under normal circumstances, but I measure the
quality of a subcontractor by the manner in which he rebounds from a crisis and
returns to the good graces of his client.

The Tower Group holds Mr. John Franco in high regard and recommends MCP
without hesitation.
